Quality and Environmental Policy
The company has advanced production, planning and monitoring technologies, with integrated computer systems, which allow to know the exact position of each customer order, from entry to shipment.
We also monitored, on time all energy consumption of all production machines.
The Quality Control Laboratory has equipment with a modern technology that allows physical and chemical tests applicable to all types of meshes and tissues. The tests are performed by a specialized team and equipment subject to periodic metrological control to ensure a careful assessment of finished products.
Productive processes ensure the conformity of the finished product to the international standards of the most demanding certifications, namely:

STeP by Oeko-Tex
It certifies production conditions in 6 toas, chemical management, environmental management, social responsibility, quality management, health and safety at work.
HIGG Index
Higg Index is a self -assessment platform for the clothing and footwear industry used by large international fashion groups to evaluate environmental and social sustainability throughout the article production chain.
International reference for the certification of quality management systems not only allows customer loyalty, but also the competitiveness of the organization based on sustainability pillars.
GOTS
Certifies all textile products with at least 70% organic natural fibers from harvest to packing.
Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex (classe I e II);
It certifies that meshes are tested regarding the presence of harmful substances.
GRS OCS e RCS
GRS: Certifies recycled material, from origin to the end consumer.
OCS: certifies the presence and amount of organic material in the mesh, thus ensuring quality and sustainable production.
RSC: certifies the integrity of recycled material to provide a robust custody chain from origin to end product
