Our history
Endutex Dyeing and Mesh Finishing is a company that is part of the Endutex Group, a global group, with industrial units in Portugal and Brazil and branches in various geographical parts.
Founded in 1987, it has invested 38 years ago in a close relationship with the surrounding community, currently employing a total of 115 workers.
A Endutex – Tam has a vast and diverse machinery park and a widespread offer of finishes and has sustained growth in the constant search for the best technological solutions and the satisfaction of the demands of its customers and partners.
In this manufacturing unit there are three large sections, namely, rope dyeing, piece dyeing and finishes.
In the dyeing section can be performed the various previous treatment operations and various dyes of meshes and/or parts made in the various fiber typologies. In the finishing section, articles may undergo various physical and chemical treatments, namely thermofix, laminar, cardar, calandrar, branch and accordion.
An important factor of differentiation of this company, in relation to its various competitors, is in the ability to respond to new types of finishes, improve its internal procedures with reinforcing the most demanding certifications, with quality standards at the level of market best practices, and in terms of process efficiency or sustainability.
Currently certified by the most competitive references in its area, Endutex – Tam holds the following certifications, namely, quality management from NP EN ISO 9001: 2015: Step by Oeko-Tex Level 3; Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Class I and Class II; Gots; GRS; Regenagri; RWS; OCS; Higg fem and Higg FSLM.
With a current revenue of about 10 million euros, Endutex – Tam has contributed to local economic development and seeks to maintain its competitiveness in the market and satisfy the high demand for its services.
The Endutex Dyeing and Mesh Finish, S.A was founded in 1987 by José António Magalhães. In a first phase, it was only dedicated to the dyeing and finishing of articles to the main company of the Endutex Coated Technical Textile group.
Over the years, Endutex Tam has expanded its dyeing and finishing services to other customers, and today is recognized and sought for the quality of its services.
